OMT Inc adds expands Board with one new director

Winnipeg, Manitoba, June 27, 2008 – OMT Inc. (TSX Venture: OMT) announced that at its Annual Shareholders Meeting, OMT’s shareholders voted to expand the Board with the election of one new director.

Mr. Bill Baines, Mr. Laurie Goldberg, Mr. Stephen Pumple, and Mr. Harold Heide were joined by the newly elected member, Mr. Ron Paley. Mr. Paley was a co-founder of OMT Technologies Inc. and brings more than 30 years of experience in the broadcast industry.

Mr. Mark Ahrens-Townsend, who had served on the OMT Board for over five years, was unable to stand for re-election as a result of his growing external commitments. The Board and Management thank Mr. Ahrens-Townsend for his years of committed service to OMT.
